Information Technology Intern

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy IT Intern to join our team. In this role, you will support day-to-day IT operations, assist with hardware and software troubleshooting, help maintain systems and networks, and contribute to ongoing projects. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional IT environment and develop practical skills across various technology areas. Ideal candidates are eager to learn, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.

Qualifications

• Ideally a Junior or Senior currently progressing towards a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Information Security/Cyber Security, or a related field.
• Service-oriented with experience supporting customers of varying backgrounds.
• Friendly, approachable, and positive demeanor.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• General knowledge of/some experience with:
  • Windows 10/11 administration
  • TCP/IP, LAN/WAN
  • Troubleshooting technical issues
• Conceptually familiar with:
  • Active Directory/Entra
  • Microsoft 365 Administration
  • Microsoft Outlook, OneDrive, etc
  • Windows Server
  • Backup/Disaster Recovery concepts and solutions
  • vSphere, vCenter, or any type of hypervisor
  • Cloud technologies
  • Printers
