About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Field Technical Troubleshooting Engineer with a strong background in electronics to provide on-site support and diagnostics for our equipment. This is a part-time position ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, solving technical issues in the field, and engaging with customers in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel to client sites to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to electronic systems or equipment.

Perform on-site testing, maintenance, and repair work as needed.

Document service activities, diagnostics performed, and resolution outcomes.

Communicate effectively with customers and provide clear guidance on technical matters.

Coordinate with the technical team to escalate complex issues when necessary.

Requirements:

Proven knowledge of electronics (e.g., circuit boards, sensors, wiring, etc.).

Previous experience in field service, technical support, or troubleshooting roles preferred.

Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle (mileage may be reimbursed).

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Flexible availability to handle service calls on a part-time basis.

Preferred Qualifications:

Technical diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software.
