The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented student assistant to support our AI chatbot development initiatives, specifically focusing on CoPilot Studio within the Power Platform. The successful candidate will work closely with our business analysts and solution architects to create engaging and functional chatbots that enhance user interaction and automate processes. This role requires a keen interest in artificial intelligence, programming, and user experience design. The candidate should be enthusiastic about collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital solutions.

The student assistants responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Collaborating with business analysts and solution architects to design and develop AI chatbots using CoPilot Studio on the Power Platform. Conduct research and gather requirements to understand user needs and business objectives for chatbot functionalities. Create conversational flows and design both interactions that provide a seamless user experience. Test and refine chatbot performance through user feedback and analytics to enhance functionality and user satisfaction. Document chatbot designs and maintain knowledge management resources for ongoing support and improvements. Stay updated on AI trends, chatbot technologies, and best practices to contribute to innovative solutions. Support the team in preparing presentations and demonstrations to showcase chatbot capabilities and features. Collaborate with developers to ensure effective implementation of chatbots within existing platforms and systems.

This role is offered as a part-time working opportunity for students currently enrolled at an accredited college or university. The estimated duration of this assignment is a minimum of 6 months working approximately 15-20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to accommodate academic commitments. 

Physical Requirements

Qualifications

• Must be currently attending an accredited four-year college or university pursuing a Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Interest in artificial intelligence, chatbot technologies, and their applications in improving user experiences.
• Familiarity with Power Platform, CoPilot Studio, and development tools is preferred.
• Basic programming skills and understanding of scripting or automation tools are a plus.
• Competent Microsoft Office Suite skills required.
• Ability to be a self-starter and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail required.
• Ability to work in a high-volume setting that requires a sense of immediacy, with demonstrated ability to manage competing demands, receive constructive feedback, and maintain adaptability and flexibility.
• Strong organizational, time management and process/program management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task/complete competing priorities on time.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills necessary to effectively work with hiring managers, early talent hires and candidates.
