Systems Administration Intern
Job Description
The Terra Task is looking for a part-time Systems Administrator for a remote position. The role will involve creating and maintaining the technological software The Terra Task uses and operates on, as well as developing new strategies to streamline the workflow. The systems administrator may be required to assist in presenting this data for grant applications and donor meetings.
Requirements
- High school degree/GED or equivalent experience required
- Knowledge of different operating systems and cloud infrastructure
- Basic programming, scripting, and network management skills
- Prior experience OR willingness/ability to learn cybersecurity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently and meet competing deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update accounts on company platforms such as the website and Linktree
- Research and implement new software to help streamline workflow
- Integrate generated data into software for centralized and interactive dashboard
- Maintain company information and implement security measures according to company needs
- Coordinating and communicating with others within the company for the completion of projects
- Assist with any other technology needs within Terra Task
