Engineer

The candidate shall support Ralmark Company's mission of delivering aerospace flight control products for safety critical applications. The candidates responsibilities, with guidance from senior engineers, shall include:

3D/2D CAD Drafting

-Utilize Kubotek Keycreator CAD software for generating 3D models and 2D prints for source control drawings, production control drawings, prototypes and customer prints. Candidate will develop an understanding of SAE, Mil-Spec, and aerospace procurement standards.

Engineering Design and Analysis

-Apply engineering knowledge to design mechanical parts, machines guards, ergonomic enhancements, simple circuits, and present novel ideas to support production processes. The candidate with guidance from the company engineers contributes to risk assessments, process feasibility studies and production machinery improvements. Will utilize the company 3D printer for prototypes and shop projects.

Quality Process Improvements

-The candidate will contribute to the Ralmark Company QMS by participating in the review and co-creation of Ralmark Company Documentation, contribute to risk assessments, and help create presentations. The candidate will become familiar with the AS9100 Rev D quality standard. The candidate will utilize computer tools for creating graphics, and documentation. Shall contribute to Ralmark's ERP upgrades by writing Excel macro's, creating SQL queries, performing data entry and interacting with MS Access, and MS SQL databases.
