JOB DESCRIPTION

OVERVIEW: We are seeking a hands-on IT Intern to support our internal users with day-to-day technical issues. The ideal candidate should have basic technical knowledge. You’ll assist with password resets, setting up printers, resolving basic hardware/software issues, and providing general helpdesk support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to helpdesk tickets and direct user requests
  • Reset passwords and unlock user accounts
  • Set up and troubleshoot office printers and scanners
  • Install and configure software and basic hardware
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding IT tasks (e.g., setting up new user accounts)
  • Help maintain inventory of IT equipment
  • Document solutions and technical procedures
  • Perform other related duties as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently pursuing a degree or certification in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, printers, and networking
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Willingness to learn and solve problems independently

EDUCATION:

  • Experience with Active Directory or Microsoft 365 admin tools
  • Previous helpdesk or IT support experience (school or part-time jobs)
