Screenify is revolutionizing hiring with an AI agent that conducts interviews, saving companies time and improving candidate experience. We’re growing fast and looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who’s hungry to make a name in tech sales—and get rewarded for it.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Generate leads via outbound channels (cold calling, cold email, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Qualify prospects and run discovery calls to understand their hiring pain points
- Book and conduct product demos, showcasing the value of Screenify
- Set up tools and processes to improve outreach and conversion
- Work closely with the founding team to refine messaging and strategy
What We’re Looking For
- 0–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Experience in HR-tech or staffing/recruitment industry is a strong plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent English a must
- Driven, organized, and passionate about building something from the ground up
- Comfortable with tools like Apollo, Reply.io, Instantly, and Sales Navigator
