What You’ll Do
As a Summer Software Developer Intern, you’ll work alongside our engineering and product teams to help bring our vision to life. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute directly to key components of our AI-powered platform, while learning how a fast-paced startup operates from the inside.
Responsibilities
Build and improve core features in our AI-driven platform (backend, frontend, or full stack)
Collaborate with senior engineers and product managers to scope and deliver technical projects
Work on integrations with tools like Stripe, Yardi, AppFolio, and OpenAI APIs
Help prototype, test, and refine new AI-powered property management tools
Participate in code reviews, stand-ups, and sprint planning
Present your work to the team at the end of the internship
Requirements
Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Solid understanding of one or more programming languages (Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, etc.)
Experience with React, Node.js, or similar technologies is a plus
Interest in AI, automation, or PropTech (property technology)
Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with OpenAI, LangChain, or similar LLM technologies
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Startup or hackathon experience
Passion for real estate, property management, or vertical SaaS
