Are you a detail-oriented, creative student eager to launch your career in the custom millwork industry? Join our Engineering Department as a Millwork Engineer Intern and gain real-world experience working on complex, high-profile projects. You’ll collaborate with experienced engineers and project managers while learning the ins and outs of the custom millwork industry.

San Diego, CA (Headquarters)

Position Type: 

Part-Time

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in developing shop drawings using AutoCAD and other CAD tools.
• Translate architectural plans into fabrication-ready millwork drawings.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and fabrication teams.
• Contribute to quality assurance and field installation documentation.
• Learn about wood species, finishes, hardware, and millwork materials.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Students pursuing degrees in Architecture, Engineering, Industrial Design, or related fields.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Revit or Inventor experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solver.
• Team player with solid communication skills.
• A passion for craftsmanship, construction, and design.
