Project Engineering Co-op/Intern

Butt Construction Company is a General Contractor and Design-Builder headquartered in Dayton, Ohio. We were founded in 1927 and have built projects for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and U.S. Air Force at military bases across the country. We are seeking project engineering co-ops and interns for commercial building construction projects. Students selected will support the project team in all aspects of daily management of the job site. Duties include field progress reports, take-offs, submittal reviews, construction progress photos, management of subcontractors and the schedule, meeting involvement, and quality and document control.

Effective communication and teamwork skills, initiative, and the ability to problem solve are valuable proficiencies. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual who is looking for a challenging and rewarding career.  Open to civil engineering, mechanical engineering and construction management related majors.
