● Provide end user technical support to administrative and/or academic staff and student
employees, which may include:
● University owned workstations (Windows and Mac)
● University owned tablets (iOS, Android, Windows)
● Printers, scanners, and other peripherals
● Personally owned wireless or cellular devices (iOS, Android, Windows)
● Communicate with end users in-person, over the phone, and through email
● Collaborate with other team members both inside and outside of the support area
● Maintain documentation of area information and troubleshooting processes
● Student must be Federal Work Study eligible
● These positions will be available at various College and University departments. Student Financial Aid is coordinating the hiring process
