Strategic Partnerships Coordinator Internship
About the Role
Projxon is looking for a Strategic Partnerships Coordinator to help cultivate, manage, and expand high-impact partnerships that support our mission of helping Veteran-Owned and Veteran-Founded organizations grow and scale. This role is ideal for someone who is strategic, relationship-focused, and excited about driving collaboration across multiple industries.
Responsibilities
Research and identify potential partnership opportunities aligned with Projxon’s mission
Conduct outreach to companies, organizations, and community leaders
Support the CEO in developing partnership proposals, decks, and collaboration frameworks
Assist with coordinating partnership meetings, follow-ups, and next steps
Maintain partnership pipelines, communication logs, and status updates
Help manage end-to-end partnership execution (deliverables, timelines, integration)
Analyze partnership effectiveness and recommend improvements
Support cross-collaboration between internal teams and external partners
Represent Projxon professionally in meetings, calls, and joint initiatives
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinker with ability to identify mutually beneficial opportunities
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple relationships
Professional, confident, and able to speak with business leaders
Experience in partnerships, business development, or outreach is a plus
Proficient with Google Workspace, CRMs, and communication tools
Ability to work independently and proactively
