Customer Support Intern

Position: Customer Support Intern  

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers about products and services.
  • Support the customer support team in resolving customer issues and complaints.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the company’s CRM system.
  • Participate in training sessions to learn about products, services, and customer service best practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices is a plus.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
